Intensive Lesson Deposits &amp; Payments<\/h3><ul data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"972\"><li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"494\"><p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"494\"><strong data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"269\">Non-Refundable Deposit<\/strong> \u2013 Once paid, the deposit for intensive lessons is non-refundable if you change your mind. This is because we must secure an instructor who will adjust their busy schedule, often cancelling other lessons to accommodate you.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"772\"><p data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"772\"><strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"528\">Cancellation After Starting<\/strong> \u2013 If you cancel the intensive course after it has started, the remaining balance is non-refundable unless you have a valid reason. In such cases, a <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"694\">20% deduction<\/strong> will be applied to cover company costs, and the remainder will be refunded.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"972\"><p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"972\"><strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"803\">Alternative Arrangements<\/strong> \u2013 If you feel the intensive format is not suitable for you, you and your instructor may agree to adjust your lesson plan to a different format at your joint discretion.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"977\" \/><h3 data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"999\">2. Lesson Breaks<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1137\"><li data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1137\"><p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1137\">For safety reasons, breaks may be taken during intensive lessons. These can be discussed and agreed upon directly with your instructor.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1142\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1179\">3. Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1521\"><li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1293\"><p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1293\">A <strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1215\">minimum of 48 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson after it has been confirmed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1381\"><p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1381\">Failure to provide the required notice will result in a full charge for the lesson.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1521\"><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1521\">Lessons booked less than 48 hours in advance are also chargeable if cancelled after confirmation, subject to the instructor\u2019s discretion.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1526\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1554\">4. Discounted Packages<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1903\"><li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1668\"><p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1668\">Occasionally, at the instructor\u2019s discretion, discounted rates may be offered to those in financial hardship.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1741\"><p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1741\">These packages are <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1708\">non-refundable<\/strong> and must be completed in full.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1903\"><p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1903\">If a refund is granted for exceptional reasons, lessons already taken will be charged at the full standard rate and\/or subject to a <strong data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1902\">20% administrative fee<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1908\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1944\">5. Instructor Rights &amp; Pricing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"2129\"><li data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"2059\"><p data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2059\">Instructors are self-employed and may set their own prices within agreed limits, including offering discounts.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2129\"><p data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2129\">Pricing can be discussed directly between the pupil and instructor.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2134\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2157\">6. Vehicle Damage<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2279\"><li data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2279\"><p data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2279\">Any damage caused by the pupil that prevents a lesson from continuing will result in the full lesson fee being charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2284\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2316\">7. Guaranteed Pass Package<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2439\"><li data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2439\"><p data-start=\"2319\" data-end=\"2439\">This package is only valid if you follow all instructions and complete all preparation work provided by your instructor.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2444\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2469\">8. Lesson Structure<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2611\"><li data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2611\"><p data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2501\">Each driving lesson includes:<\/p><ol data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2611\"><li data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2552\"><p data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2552\"><strong data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2516\">Recap<\/strong> of previous learning at the start<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2580\"><p data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2580\"><strong data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2578\">Driving practice<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2611\"><p data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2611\"><strong data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2598\">Feedback<\/strong> at the end<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2616\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2646\">9. Lesson Package Expiry<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2847\"><li data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2729\"><p data-start=\"2649\" data-end=\"2729\">Standard lesson packages must be used within <strong data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2706\">6 months<\/strong> of the first lesson.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"2782\"><p data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2782\">Lessons remaining after this period will expire.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2847\"><p data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2847\">Exceptions will be considered for long-term illness or injury.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2849\" data-end=\"2852\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2881\">10. Photography Consent<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"3098\"><li data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"3012\"><p data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"3012\">Drive Masters reserves the right to use photographs taken during lessons, tests, or promotional events for marketing purposes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3098\"><p data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3098\">By agreeing to have your photograph taken, you consent to its use by Drive Masters.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3100\" data-end=\"3103\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3105\" data-end=\"3132\">11. Driving Test Lesson<\/h3><ul data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3418\"><li data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3418\"><p data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3188\">The driving test session is <strong data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3174\">3 hours<\/strong> and includes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3418\"><li data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3226\"><p data-start=\"3193\" data-end=\"3226\">Pick-up from an agreed location<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3255\"><p data-start=\"3231\" data-end=\"3255\">Warm-up driving lesson<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3280\"><p data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3280\">Optional mock test<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3283\" data-end=\"3341\"><p data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3341\">Vehicle cleaning\/disinfection before the official test<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3344\" data-end=\"3381\"><p data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3381\">The actual test with the examiner<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3418\"><p data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3418\">Drop-off at an agreed location<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3423\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3425\" data-end=\"3443\">12.
